notify extension on all my repositories.</font>
<br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">Is there a global hgrc used by kallithea
repos? </font>
<br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">I tried to add this to the .hgrc (including
notify extension) of the user running kallithea, but this has no effect.</font>
