Samsung UA40H5570 TV round 1 of N

I've been reaching about to Samsung asking for more build and 
installation instructions, but after the initial confirmation that they 
received my message, I do not get any response anymore.

Note that some libraries are also fetched when the TV starts. It reaches 
out to http://oempstg.samsungcloudsolution.com/emp/empinfo_X14_4.400.xml 
which as you can see contains more URLs to various components. The 
empTEFStreaming packages contain a version of FFmpeg that is not 
accounted for (the TV itself ships with an older version of FFmpeg that 
does seem to match the version in the source candidate).

I asked Samsung about full sources and installation instructions for 
both versions some weeks ago, but again only received a confirmation mail.
