[ContractPatch] ContractPatch, Ethical Contracts, etc. for Contractors

Hey all,

We're looking to sign an indefinite length contract with a new contractor.
Is there any sort of recommendations or advice for creating contractor
agreements that uphold the spirit of ContractPatch and ethical contracts?
Things get a little weird when it comes to independent contractors but we
want to do right by their interests as well.

We'd mostly prefer a template agreement we can start from but even tips on
things we could have our own counsel include in a contract would be helpful.
