There's less than 10 days left until FOSSY 2026!

We're excited to see you at UBC in Vancouver, Canada. This email
contains some information that we hope will be helpful as you plan to
attend. Some crucial links are in the footnotes for the venue map [0],
program schedule [1], and public transit information [2]. If you have
any questions, please reach out to our team at
conference at sfconservancy.org and we'll get back to you as soon as we
can!

== The Schedule ==

time. Join us in the Kaiser Building atrium [0] for registration.

attendees, and adult beverages for purchase.

Friday, Saturday, and Sunday we will have coffee and snacks starting at

Lunch is at 12:30 and attendees are on their own from the plenty of
options on campus. [3] Talks will resume at 14:00 and end at 18:15.

== Getting to UBC ==

>From the Vancouver International Airport you can take the SkyTrain
(Canada Line) [4] which connects to a few bus lines [5] that will take
you to the UBC campus. Vancouver has a robust public transit system [6]
as well as an extensive network of cycling routes [7].

== Accommodations ==

Our block at UBC is full for online booking, but please get in touch
with us, as we may have an extra room we can release to you.

== Seeing BC ==

There's a lot to see and do in Vancouver! From a walk or ride around
Stanley Park, to views of the city from Grouse Mountain, to the
Vancouver Hack Space open house and a bunch of recognizable Battlestar
Galactica filming locations downtown and even at UBC, Vancouver has got
it all. Check out our full list at! [8]

== Pack Your Bags ==

Thanks for joining us this year in Vancouver. We are especially thrilled
to be connecting with the Canadian FOSS scene as well as CanRepair [9].
If you are local to the area or know anyone local, please let them know
that we have tickets available and plenty of volunteer opportunities
open (just email conference at sfconservancy.org).

See you next week!
