… note that CodeBerg is based on Gitea.  For the first set of
recommendations, we wanted to focus on hosting sites that people could go
to.

We'd love if you might write a tutorial on how to switch to self-hosted
Gitea from GitHub?  Would you be interested in doing that, based on your
experience?  If you could write the first draft, we could definitely help
with editing it and posting it to the Give Up GitHub page.
