I seconded the prior suggestion, but happy to repeat that it sounds
like a good idea to me. We use it for code review as the cornerstone
of the OpenDev Collaboratory along with the aforementioned Zuul
CI/CD, proudly reminding the World that free software needs free
tools, and that it's possible to develop some of the largest
projects in existence entirely on services running free/libre open
source software.
