YUI remainders

It would be great to get the last Yahoo stuff replaced. I will just note 
that the main missing parts are non-trivial. It is primary data tables 
with widgets and and 'flot' plotting. I don't know if jQuery has some 
obvious equivalent functionality or if we should use something else.
