[PATCH] docs/contributing: move 'roadmap' to the wiki

docs/contributing: move 'roadmap' to the wiki
As the 'roadmap' is typically changed often, it should not be in the
documentation but rather on the wiki. The wiki has been updated to reflect
the latest version removed here.
