Is this ./.cache/ something standardized, similar to ~/.cache? Is it
used the same way, with namespacing inside .cache/ like .cache/pytest/... ?
(The .tox folders annoy me when ack doesn't ignore them. It also seems
wrong that it should know about all such folders. I can see how it would
be nice if tox used ./.cache/tox .)
