I think we are feature complete and have merged the development branch 
to the stable branch.

I have tagged it 0.2.9 - I don't trust the version numbering and how it 
interacts with pip. I will prepare release notes and perhaps make a pip 
0.2.9 to make the release candidate more available.

Please start testing that it works for you!
