SV: SV: Bug in MySQL code?

FYI I setup a test instance with
sqlalchemy.db1.convert_Unicode = false
and
set charset=utf8 in the URL.
So far everything seems to work correct now.
Kallithea works correctly and then I open the MySQL workbench the
characters are displayed correctly as well now.
