This one has also been developed and only been tested on stable and 
doesn't work on the development branch?

Also, when scrolling to another place on the same page, I would kind of 
expect it to put focus on the comment field it is scrolling to ... and 
preferably also highlight what it scrolled to, similar to how 
https://kallithea-scm.org/repos/kallithea-incoming/changeset/4046891cb5a0e54845e9414b4aca8a66bbe877d4#comment-151 
puts a visual hint.
