If I remember correctly the tortoishg guys didn't like the part necessary for NTLM. (and I can't blame them :-D but I knew no better way to do it) But I think NTLM is obsolete since Windows 7. So if Konstantin is willing to test it with IIS I could clean it up and write a new proposal to the tortoisehg mailing list.
