How to setup a custom hook ?

Hi,

I'd like to call a script when pushes are received by Kallithea.

In Admin/Settings/Hooks, I tried the following configurations without 
success :
- changegroup.my_script        python c:/Kallithea/Bin/my_script.py
- my_script.changegroup        python c:/Kallithea/Bin/my_script.py

Nothing happens with these configurations.

What is the correct syntax for both fields ?
My machine is running Windows Server 2003 R2
