New issue 262: Problem with install on Win7

Hi,
when i install like http://kallithea.readthedocs.io/en/latest/installation_win.html
on step 7, in the end i have a problem.

Two things:
1. Error on install kallitea: Pip install kallithea (image 1 on doc attachment)

2. Suposs that it fine, like it say: "Some warnings will appear"
then i don't run paster command on step 9 (image 2)

Mi config:
Win 7 64 bits
Pyhton 2.7.13 (python-2.7.13.msi)
tools pywin32-220.win32-py2.7.exe
