After http://kallithea.readthedocs.io/en/stable/installation_iis.html ,
you will have the software installed and hooked into IIS. Then you need
http://kallithea.readthedocs.io/en/stable/setup.html to get the
application configured. As a first try, perhaps use "paster serve" as a
very first try.
