[PATCH 0 of 2 v2] gearbox setup-frontend PoC

Hi,

This is a small adaptation of the previous patch implementing 'gearbox
setup-frontend'.

As the discussion is not yet concluded, I kept the name for now, to be
changed later.

Differences with v1:
- split functions inside setup_frontend.py (this makes the code more clear
  but will also make it easier to give the user the choice to execute only
  part of the actions
- add pygmentize.css generation
