There has been an update to the git hooks in one of the latest revisions.
We should check/update the documentation to specify following procedure:
1. go to Admin > Settings > Remap and rescan
2. check the box 'Install git hooks' and click 'Rescan repositories'
3. the new version of the git hooks will be installed. After this your
problem will be gone.
