cannot set up Kallithea in Ubuntu 16.04

This is what I thought, but 


sudo apt-get install npm
[sudo] password for oub:
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree
Reading state information... Done
npm is already the newest version (3.5.2-0ubuntu4).
