Hi, sorry for abandoning this list for awhile, but I'm just writing to ensure that NH's HB1406 is on the FOSS community's radar:

It prohibits health carriers from using artificial intelligence to change the clinical judgment of a provider. I was not involved in the drafting of this bill; if I had been, I probably would have pushed for source code disclosure under the records maintenance section. If your jurisdictions are considering similar bills, consider how language surrounding FOSS could be integrated into them.
