cheque/check printing, wire transfer automation

Will the initial phase of the reimbursement effort try to automate
cheque printing and/or preparing wire transfer instructions?

There are already some country-specific APIs with free software
implementations, e.g. for Germany[1], it would be useful to be able to
push data into these systems and/or help develop or enhance related free
software projects.
