License list limit as it relates to exceptions

Hey all,

CommitChange would be interested in agreeing to such a pledge. While the
likelihood of us ever using a DMCA takedown is approximately zero, I think
it's important to support these kinds of efforts.

For us, the choice of the OSI license list brings up an issue that OSI and
FSF haven't dealt with: license exceptions. As some of you are aware, the
Houdini Project has a [license](
https://github.com/houdiniproject/houdini/blob/main/LICENSE) which can
practically be referred to AGPL for backend code, LGPL for front end code.
The question one could ask was whether the pledge would protect someone
using Houdini or a derivative since the license is TECHNICALLY not on the
OSI or FSF lists.
