I recently upgraded from 0.3.2 to default branch.

All I had to do was change sqlalchemy.db1.url to sqlalchemy.url in the
.ini file and run 'alembic -c my.ini upgrade head' that was referenced
by https://bitbucket.org/conservancy/kallithea/src/e075f2cc4f8c8a3b0f2992ea61eccb0ca87ae598/docs/upgrade.rst?at=default&fileviewer=file-view-default

It was a smooth upgrade for me.  As usual, always backup your config
and data before any upgrade, just in case.
