Reinstall kallithea but keep the repos

Hi!

I have a kallithea 0.2.9 installed on a server. I have tried to upgrade
it but failed many times. I have decided that I reinstall a new
kallithea from scratch, and setup all groups, users and permissions
again. But I want to keep the repositories.

Is it enough if I copy the contents of the "repos" directory to the new
installation? Is there anything else I need to worry about?
