Register/Login at kallithea-scm.org

Hello,

I just wanted to create a pull request for kallithea on the self-hosted 
platform (https://kallithea-scm.org/), but I failed to find a 
"register" form.
Is this deployment currently meant only for internal use?
Or did I overlook something?

I would be glad to avoid using the non-free bitbucket platform - but I 
will use it, if the self-hosted kallithea instance is not prepared for 
managing contributions at this moment.
