Upgrade a very old kallithea that uses paster

A simple google search. The URL does not indicate that this is a
development branch. Actually, it contains the magick keyword "default".

If is true that the version number 0.3.99 is written in the top left
corner of that page, but it is not obvious that it is a development branch.

My problem is solved anyway.
