Kallithea shows a mix of localizations

Hello. Kallithea is showing me a mix of English and German UI. Screenshot:

but something a bug should exist for. If you need any extra info, I'm happy
to provide.

Kallithea version is 0.7.0
System language is English, but I'm located in Germany.
