Yeah, or I could set one up on one of my servers given about 1/2 hour
and a subdomain assignment. This shouldn't be an obstacle.

I think we're going to have far more than one document. There will be
the evaulations of various existing software for one thing -- that'll
end up being 10-15 different pages, which will then be a valuable
resource to the general public.

I'm *personally* pretty happy using git + rst + sphinx as a collab
format (and a way of web publishing). However, I suspect that some of
the potential contributors to the discussion, especially those from
non-technological non-profits, might be uncomfortable with that.
