ERP5 for accounting

For fiscal sponsorship, I think project based accounting in ERP5 should
be able to handle it. Since ERP5 is made to handle multi-category, multi-
dimension in nature and ERP5 also supports project management, project
can be set to each journal slip as an additional information and it can
be used to generate accounting reports per project for example. And if
more categories besides project are needed, then no problem to add them.

For fund accounting, I think this is exactly the same as what ERP5 do for
a NGO. I do no know how it is implemented but what it does is basically to
manage each fund according to specific restriction(for example a fund is
restricted to use for children in a specific country or region). The basic
idea of how to implement such feature should be the same as above(Use multi-
category and maybe implement some constraints).
