Oh, I agree fully that i18n/l10n setup from the start is important, and
that's something every Free Software project must do.

The problem I was opining on was handling the NPO-accounting specifics
of non-USA non-profits.  It's very difficult to know these and there is
obviously no Free Software community history on this point (like there
is with translations, etc.)

Would they be interested in helping us here?  Do they know about NPO
Accounting rules outside the USA?
