There's a set of folks over here in Germany using Civi, and while I
don't think that chaps caring about l10n per se & having intimate
knowledge of accounting rules / tax law are necessarily the same,
there's still a knowledge pool to tap into.
I have some vested interest here as well, to get something I could use
under German regulations (potentially later European Foundation rules,
if/when that comes into existance), but hopefully having a
flexible-enough engine that permits tracking of multiple projects &
splitting transactions among them gets us close enough. ;)
