Principles as published should be versioned

Hi,

I would suggest that the Principles as published on the Conservancy
and FSF websites be given a date and version number, given the
possibility that the text could change. I realize one can currently
examine the revision history in the Conservancy website Kallithea
repository but that isn't really convenient for the general public.
